A shortcode is a WordPress-specific code that lets you do nifty things with very little effort. Go to Appearance -> Header in your WordPress admin. You can either browse for the file on your computer and then click the Upload button or you can choose an existing image from your Media Library.
Important: Only .jpeg, .gif, and .png files can be used. All cropped images will be converted to jpegs. Using an image of exactly the right size will produce the best results, and this is certainly recommended. To preserve transparency in an image use a .gif or .png image of exactly the right size.
If you uploaded an image that doesn’t match the exact dimensions of your current theme’s header, you will need to crop it.
Just select the portion of the image that you’d like to use for the header, then click Crop and Publish. The image should appear immediately.
MaxFlat has advertising space (for example 728px x 90px) in the header area. Instead of the header image You can add a banner ad.
Go to Appearance -> Header in your WordPress admin. Below Header Image box you can see Banner code field. Here you can paste your ad code such as Ad sense.
To make your table responsive just attach a class of .smartlib-responsive-table and the CSS/JS will do the rest. Like:
<table class="smartlib-responsive-table"> .... </table>
